Terms of Service Highlights

The FlutterPub Master Services Agreement now reflects launch automation pipelines, Codemagic artifacts, and optional care plan coverage. Key additions include:

• Automated launch deliverables. White-label builds, queueing, and Codemagic artifact delivery are covered as “Launch Services” with clear success/failure handling.
• Credit usage. Launch credits now decrement when a request enters processing and refund on automated failure, aligning with the new dashboard telemetry.
• SLA escalation. Priority care customers receive 2-hour launch failure acknowledgement and escalation to the on-call team.
• Multi-tenant coverage. Agreements capture how deliverables extend across linked workspaces and agencies.

Signed copies of the White Label Agreement and Care Plan Agreement are generated automatically from the billing settings page so you can download the current PDF at any time.

Privacy Policy Updates

Our privacy posture now accounts for Phase 6 analytics and launch monitoring:

• Launch telemetry. We record launch job IDs, queue timestamps, and Codemagic artifact metadata to deliver dashboards and SLA notifications. The data is retained for 18 months.
• Priority support routing. Contact details for care plan admins are used solely for escalation emails, SMS alerts, and in-app notifications when automation fails.
• Agreement storage. Generated PDFs are stored in secure Cloud Storage buckets with signed download URLs surfaced only to authenticated workspace owners.

No new third-party processors were added; Codemagic, Stripe, and Firebase remain the underlying services powering automation, payment, and storage.
